Like a rock, like a rock... *bobs head*
Well, lately as usual I've been busy and actually quite tired. I should sleep earlier >< But anyways I have been on some burn fat diet which involves very minimal carbs. The most I get on certain days would be two tablespoons of rolled oats with 250ml skim milk. Yesh it is quite precise. Today is day 4 meaning I get to get veggies (and tons of them!) and fruits! *hurray!*
First three days consists of proteins only except for the daily breakfast of rolled oats and perhaps one serving of yoghurt which I absolutely love and I have been having salmon for the past two days which was very heavenly. I wonder what I'll have for today :D
Yesh there's that occasional but strong cravings for a burger which calls out my name like beckoning waves but otherwise I'm quite alright. I think my body is calling out for fibers which I will get a lot today.
Well, I can see the number on the scale going down like half kilos each day.. roughly la and probably that's the initial water loss maybe but I do think the excess fats are burnt also especially the coming days.
It has been quite awhile since I'm on any diet plan because I think I kinda got fed up and gave up towards my last years in university. A colleague who studied either food science or something concerning this (but not a nutritionist) was against what seems like a carb-less diet but I'm not shaken :) We'll see how it turns out later. Kinda excited but still thinking of the burger.. some home-made burger T.T Last night I dreamed that I accidentally ate some carbs forgetting I was on diet. =.=
BUT ANYWAYS day 4 and going on. Having my morning snack soon! :D
