I am not an unhelpful person.

Sometimes I don't want to do some things for some people because I have my reasons so. And the reasons are as such:

1) I know I won't do a very good job.

2) It is not my sphere, not my passion, it is not my job. It is your job so you should do it yourselves. Don't dump it on me. This is not called help. This is like asking someone else to do your own homework. I can give you suggestions and ideas but YOU should be doing it.

3) Your expectations are high, I cannot achieve it so I'd better not do it because you will put all the blame of the lousy work on me. And I know that whatever I do, it won't satisfy you. So it's not worth all the frustration you will be putting on me and my life.

4) I don't have time for it. I have a lot of things on my plate too.

5) God did not ask me to do it. (Quite similar to #2) I can refer you to people who can do it and will be willing to do it.

6) It is not my thing. You are able to do it.

7) You are just plain lazy.

So yeah, stop making excuses and go do your thing. I don't have time to squander everywhere doing things I am not supposed to do.
