Health and Diet

Having some kind of dizzy spell. I think it's low blood sugar. I think. Now better after drinking a hot cup of Chocomalt. At least it's raining now and the hotness of the Chocomalt is enjoyable. I'm still on the low carbs diet. Had sandwich. Tomorrow I'm planning to get veggies again. I don't want to develop constipation.

Some people seemed concerned that I'm not dieting healthily. I don't know if I look pale causing them to be concerned. Or they have that negative connotations towards the word "diet". When I told them I am on diet, they will start saying things like, "Starving yourself is not going to work. You're going to gain them back again." or "Exercise la. It works better." Or they start recommending other diet plans or just say, "Why do you need a diet anyway? You're not that fat."

Well, if you knew the stress I get when shopping, and looking at all those nice clothes that only fit YOU size zero people, then you will know. And I'm not aiming for a size zero. I want to fit into size M clothes or S/M size. I want to be shapely and sexy and more on a slim side, not bulky and plump. I have my own measurements and don't hope to see me pencil thin because I won't and it's stupid. 8D

ANYWAYS, all is well. I'm now at a weight that I haven't been in for years. And it feels good. I hope I can achieve my target in time before I go back. I thought of dropping by the uni clinic to use their digital scale for a more accurate calculation :) I will soon fit in that red top that I bought wrongly before which is one or more sizes smaller. Finally! :D It's exciting! And I will need a new fitting for my bridesmaid dress :P Haha.

So I guess that's all I have to talk about for now. Had awesome rest + study time last week and the days before exam starts. Then sleep a little late, having to wake up early to go for exams loosing rest and sleep causing me to be pretty stoned. With the diet kicking in, dieting off on weekends, causing me to have a sugar rush last night causing me not to have a good sleep. I'm tired and sleepy but somehow just can't fall asleep. Not fun. The KL lifestyle of having dinner late or before sleep is NOT healthy. I won't do that again. Will go light when it's late.

Gotta stay healthy.
