Broken reality

I get angry when they talk to me about their ministry. I get really angry although I know it is not my place to get angry because I have no part in it. I get angry and I do have reasons for it.

I get angry because all they do is complain.

I get angry because the answer is very simple and they do not want to listen to it.

I get angry because the devil blind their eyes to such simple things and they also let pride stand so high that they don't want to listen to the solutions.

I get angry because they do not exercise their faith.

I get angry because all they do is complain, criticize and put the blame on others.

I get angry because they refuse to look at the problem in another point of view and they do not want to mobilize young adults but look to the more "Hype" people - youths which youths have their own issues to settle on. It is good to mobilize and use youths but they never considered the consequence also such as youths do not know how to handle kids. They can play with them and so on but they don't know how to teach them, nor do they know how to control them and set the boundaries and not let the kids climb all over their heads.

I get angry because they expect God to drop down people from no where by just advertising about the need for teachers.

I get sad knowing that they are like a broken, handicapped system who knows they need the fresh rain from heaven but still look to the broken system for answers, for help and they cannot get it because it is broken.

And my heart breaks when the kids are left with old people doing old things in old ways and they get bored about things of God before they even reached puberty and when the hormones come they get sucked into the world and become lost.

When will they wake up from that broken reality?
