Just now I went to attend the Pesta Ang Pow at my uni's main hall with ConfusedRabbit. Lo and behold the ones sitting in the two rows in front of us are secondary school kids. We sort of figured it out by the way they behaved. I even saw the guys playing "chi gu bang" which is sooooooo lower secondary. There's a down-right couple in the row right in front of us. The girl is wearing shorts, shorts that were never seen on campus. It's the kind that's so short that you thought it's undies. Then her top revealed the top half of her back which is super rare in campus unless you want to be criticized from almost everyone especially the higher authorities. That one was okay. Most of the time the guy will have an arm over her shoulders and pulling her in.
There's another guy who took upon our interest. He's sitting right smack in front between us. How he caught our attention? He kept taking photos of himself. ConfusedRabbit whispered to me suggesting to make terrifying faces or peace signs behind him while he's taking photos of himself. He didn't just took two or three photos, he took numerous photos. When he turned around, we got to see his face. Bless my eyes he didn't look like any celebrities. I don't know why he need to take soooo many photos of himself.
When the drama started I watched and watched. Half way through, I suddenly saw the couple in front of me. THANK GOD they were sitting RIGHT in front of me or I would not have finished watching. DO you know what they were doing?! They were like two leeches stuck together kissing and touching each other. And they are like, lower secondary??? It went on for quite some time. The two girls on my left cannot stand them too. Pity them for the couple is right in front of them and them doing that is also blocking their view on the drama in front. Then finally, a guy who's sitting behind us (whom I guess is our fellow student, perhaps a senior and friend of the girls next to me) stood up and leaned over, tap the guy's shoulder and said, "Friend ah, can you stop doing that cos it's blocking our view on watching the drama." Then the two of them awkwardly broke off and sat there. xD *big applause to the guy at the back*
In my mind there are few scenes already before the guy spoke to them. I imagine myself as the girl, pulling his hand which's over my shoulder and biting it so that he stop pulling me. Another one is me leaning over and telling them, "Go get a room." Another is telling them that this is a local university and there are police around catching people doing what they are doing. It's seriously distracting.
These kids are like, damn rich. In their hands are handphones and what is that, a DSLR? And why are the coming if not to watch the show? Just to hang out and do stupid things. They weren' paying attention too. They why sit in the front row? Should have chased the out :P Aih, biarkan ajelah. Budak-budak memanglah budak.
