So far I've been rather busy with work. Or mentally tired that I just want to indulge in a good game for a while. Work... no one is pleased when someone smacks some work in their face. After a while of having no appreciation especially for work that was not in our job description and also work expected/demanded of people who are actually coworkers instead of higher authorities and those "work" are actually favors being asked of. Well I'm not talking in particular to scenarios from my own life only but also of some of my friends too. 

Just recently I was given my pay and the boss says its a" blessing". It isn't a bonus, nor an increment but just the pay agreed upon. Well I'll leave you to think whatever you wanna think of that. 

And also recently at my workplace I was subtly hinted of a threat to cut my pay just for absence of a meeting I was not properly told about. And it came not from much of a higher authority but only a more senior person. Higher authorities never told me of a cut in pay about this and I don't simply skip meetings and stuff. Normally I properly and politely tell them I can't go. I wasn't told that there was a meeting. They just sent someone to call me up to go for a meeting and just so happens that my phone was still on silent mode after school. By the time they successfully got to me it was one hour past the meeting time and I was confused as to why they are still calling. To me it's like something is wrong, either the meeting wasted so much time until even after one hour they are still there talking or they somehow postponed the meeting? Never in my life I've had been called to attend a meeting an hour after it has started unless I'm supposed to present something and it has come to my time or something like that. And they told me that even if I go late also never mind, as long as I go which sounds like they are making everyone go for the sake of fairness. Why don't meetings go thru their items quickly and if they wanna stay and talk they can feel free to do so instead of making everyone stay for so long? >< 

"Welcome to the world!" some would say. 

"Learn the ways of the world" another group of people would say. 

Some say, "Wow you're so realistic!" to some of the things I said but isn't that the way the world actually works although no one ever said it out loud out of their minds for the world to hear?
