Baking, baking! 8D

I just finished the sad Ethics paper and I am drooling over blogs and blogs of recipe and hands itching for the beater, the oven, the flour, the cream... *jaws drop open and stayed open throughout looking at the recipes* Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh...

I said Ethics was sad because this afternoon when I am trying to study, as fast as I can also, I got stuck and it's like my truck got stuck in wet mud and wouldn't budge. And even just now before entering the exam hall I was trying to revise but everything is like, turning and turning of the water mill and I am trying to swallow clouds which end up as nothing in my mouth.

Hopefully the paper is okay. The lecturer said I look fresh today which is good. Perhaps it will be good. It was rather... surprising to get that. Do I look un-fresh in his classes? :S

Anyways, I feel an intense urge to create a list. This time it is no longer a list of Sibu food that I want to eat (although yes there's a whole lot of Sibu food I do want to eat.) This time the list is...

Food that I want to bake/cook this holiday!

I have been following more and more food blogs. More of baking stuff rather than cooking. Baking doesn't involve having to shield myself from frying flying oils but, someday I will. I have one on my list for now tho ;) So, there are so many stuff that I want to attempt at baking that I feel that I am loosing track of them that I must put them into a list! I referred some of the cookie recipes to my mom and brother who have started baking some cookies for Chinese New Year and they made Cinnamon cookies for the first time and they find it awesome! Can't wait to taste them when I'm home. I'll be attempting other more... specialized bakes? xD So here goes my list!

1. Lemon Meringue Pie
2. Pavlova although I won't have those fruits
3. Matcha Ice Cream! which I will use my own recipe
4. RAINBOW CAKE!!!! Which I can't wait to make!!!
5. Applesauce or perhaps apple quince pie ;)
6. 3 Milk Coconut Cake, in actual name, Tres Leche!

Ah there are many more but I am sleepy. As for the savory food I wanna cook:

2. Fish broth noodles. I am going to try recreating this noodles ;) I have the possible recipe in mind already ;)

As for now, I shall do my preparations to go to sleep. Chao~ :)
