Dieting again.

Ahh!!! Awesome cookies!!!! *Drools*

But sadly I have to wake up and keep to my diet and achieve a healthy diet. I didn't realize my face is not as round as before. Sad. No wonder my photos never really end up nice. Plus my weight is not in the healthy range. Need to cut down more than 10kgs.

Must be serious and determined! That day a stupid small machine labelled me as obese. *cries* I rebuke that. But I do admit that my weight is not healthy. Will work on it.

No more oily food - fried food such as banana fritters, French Fries, friend chicken...

I think curry contains lots of calories. So does my favourite nasi lemak. Sigh. But for a better health and better look!!!

Muffins contains all the elements that are fattening like butter + sugar + flour = fats + glucose + carbohydrates in their pure form which is super fattening.

Will forcing myself to exercise consistently. Now an easy exercise I do is walking stairs. Did it three times til now - yesterday, recent Thursday and last Thursday. Will be consistent. MUST!

I've substituted my dinners to oats + 3 in 1's. Lunches to a small portion of meat and a large portion of veggies. Must make myself keep to it and then weigh myself every once a week.

Sigh. I don't like these stuff. But what to do? Need to be healthy and look nice ah. :\

Should make this time's diet a once in a life time diet to reach the target healthy weight and then stay there forever and never diet again!!!!!!!!!! RAWR!!!!!!

u can make ur own muffins. make it healthy and yummy =) oh and...nick Aaron's diet plan. Heard he lost 10kg with that. Good luck!

He consulted that dietician... :\ I am trying my own one for now first... I have nowhere to bake now so yeah, circumstances don't permit me to have nice cookies and muffins! Thank yees! :D
