Again and again democracy proven dysfunctional. No one leader is allowed to step up or appointed. Always voting, always changing ideas, always flexible until so much time is wasted and nothing is finalized.

And it is also very ... that "adults" that think they are adults behave like kids and expect people to treat them as adults. And the most annoying part is that they make other's lives miserable. Argh.
