Reminder to self

Think like an adult, talk like an adult and behave like an adult. All the dramas belong in High School Musical and Glee. If you want to explode or do something, think of how to do it and the consequences and if you are able to face those consequences. Universities should treat you as an adult and not a kid. There are things to suck up, there are things that cannot be sucked up. If there is a need, you have the right and the authority to bring it up to much higher authorities. There will be people backing you up. But make sure you know you are able to handle the consequences.
