
I love quite a variety of stuff. And a variety of styles. Would try everything and of course, stick with the ones that work.
I hate dieting. But I have this tummy that should and must shrink to be healthier, to look nicer. Sigh. I don't know. Waiting for the next motivation. :\ I hate how diets mess up my body system too. Now I have bloating stomach almost every night with air inside making me feel very uncomfortable and having to let out gas both from the mouth and from the other end too. Which is rather embarrassing when majority comes out on the other end. ><
A diet that's too extreme will bounce back when I eat normally. One that focuses on exercise will cause backache and whatever body ache. One that only focuses on eating patterns and the type of food cannot be implemented because of the weird schedule and the limited food here. Plus reducing the amount to a bearable level will only reach to a point where it will plateau again. Hate it. A lot.
Can I just pray that God supernaturally increase my body metabolism?
I will talk about the funny thing God did tomorrow. Now to crash. Nighties :)
Try less rice/noodles/pasta/potatoes and more veges and fruit. Sometimes, the buildup of gas tends to be more related to simple carbs and the fact that they don't get processed that well.
