Cupcakes! :D

As promised, the photos of the cupcakes I made :D

I made it meself! Gave most of it away, to granny's and relatives, then dear ones.

Comments on how it looks?

Gonna make another batch this Friday to let more people taste and spread the news around of my starting of the business. I haven't counted the... what is it called, modal? Yeah. Then after that figuring out how to charge it.

I went to Sarikei today, then dropped by Bintangor. At Sarikei I saw the SugarBun bakery selling a few cupcakes. Erm, I would say not as pretty as mine although more colours. Some might like theirs but personally I still like these classic designs. Will try making other kinds of icing soon. Maybe this Friday too just to let people taste and give feedback. So far my relatives love it, my parents find it fine, maternal granny said that perhaps the cocoa was too much so it was a teeny bit bitter, a lil too sweet, then erm, Uncle Steve said the cake has a weird taste, but the texture is nice, the way he liked it. I don't think his comment about the icing counts because he is comparing it with cream cheese whereas my icing is traditional icing :P Lotsa buttah!

So I get to improve. I shall pray that orders will start coming. Erm, maybe this Friday I should try making other kinds of cupcakes. More of the difference of cake rather than the icing first. I still have leftover icing from that batch yesterday. Maybe some other kinds of deco :)

Wanna taste one? Sorry you need to come to Sibu to get it though. I think Malaysian post will cause a bunch of crumbs in jumbled up icing to reach your place rather than a proper cupcake :O Do people deliver wet food by mail? :\
